What: Si-Gate GmbH will present a new hybrid Electronics product family at annual meeting of Automotive Electronics Congress in Paris, France. The new Si-Gate Hybrid electronic product family is designed to address a range of sub-components around 400V technology including HVAC Electronic Control Unit, Heater Control Module, and High-Power Inverter for efficient power control targeting 3-phase DC motor control systems. The product family will be introduced with a Si-Gate Universal Load Simulator on site for active product demonstrations.
